We want everyone to get the care they deserve.

Culturally inclusive family and couples therapy sessions tailored for the Central Coast community.

Transforming mental healthcare

As a mental health collective, we assist our clients by providing therapy, couples counseling, assessments, coaching and more. By collaborating with local public schools, county behavioral health and CenCal Health, we are able to bring high quality care to those who need it most. We help our clients meet their mental health needs online or in-person.

Secure and confidential online therapy and telehealth services available statewide across California.

A modern approach

Rather than do things the typical way, we’ve created a system designed around our patients’ needs. A real person is available to text or speak with you Monday-Friday. We recommend a clinician that meets your needs, as well as help you understand your insurance. Our sliding scale option is available for people without insurance.

We’re here to help. (805) 801-2231
